My experience was exactly as other reviews described it: a good value for the money. The personnel were friendly and helpful. I was there for a good night's sleep, and I got it.
Water pressure in the shower was a little low. I don't care if the pool was closed. But I did miss not having an elevator on the second floor.

Booked.net guaranteed price: 266.78 Hotel charge was 272.80. 6.02 higher than Guaranteed price, I sure didn't like that.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable. the room had climate control, multi-channel television, and a writing desk. the setting was nice and absolutely perfect, close to restaurants, the highway, and Manteno.

Charged us extra at checkout for my boyfriend staying when we had teo queen beds!!!next time let a person know you Are going to charge them extra before !! Could of overdrafted an account

We recently stayed at a hotel on our trip to Michigan and it was a great find! The location was perfect, right off I-57 and close to restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice indoor pool for the kids to enjoy. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. And even though the continental breakfast was basic, it was a convenient option in the morning.
The bathroom lacked proper maintenance with a missing vent/lighting cover that made using it quite uncomfortable.

Nicely furnished and beautifully maintained room which had climate control, TV, and a writing table. Location: the hotel was close to restaurants and gas stations, and the highway😀

Location was 5 minutes from our destination. Inexpensive.
Odd smell throughout and bed was rock hard and no shower pressure.

The room was nicely furnished, with a private bathroom. The bed was very comfy, bathtubs worked well. Easy location just off the highway and food places, restaurants and gas stations, and Manteno, I felt safe. I was happy to find Monical's Pizza, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel and served nice food.

Facility was good, desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful.
I stayed 4 nights. First day cleaning staff replaced bath towels, made bed, and vacuumed. They did not replace 1 drinking cup, regular coffee or cup. They also tried entering room without knocking! Second day replaced coffee but nothing else. Third day only made bed and nothing else.
